    鯰。亦稱“鯰”。魚綱，鯰科。前部平扁，後部側扁，體長可達1米以上。灰黑色，有不規則暗色斑塊。口寬大，有須2 對。眼小，背鰭1 個，很小，臀鰭長，與尾鰭相連；胸鰭具一硬刺。無鱗，皮膚富黏液腺。棲息淡水中下層，以小魚及無脊椎動物為食。分佈於我國各地淡水中。
