    章魚。簡稱“蛸”，別稱“望潮”。頭足綱，章魚科。體短，卵圓形，無鰭。頭上生8 腕，腕間有蹼相連，長短相等或不相等，故通稱“八帶魚”。腕上吸盤無柄。多棲息於淺海砂礫、軟泥以及岩礁處，捕食瓣鰓類、甲殼類。
