    菜薹。白菜的一个变种，又称为“油菜”（与收籽榨油的油菜不同）。生长迅速，容易抽薹。有绿叶菜薹和紫叶菜薹两种。广州通常所见为绿叶菜薹。因一般以其嫩薹（菜心）作蔬菜，故名。
