    菜薹。白菜的一個變種，又稱為“油菜”（與收籽榨油的油菜不同）。生長迅速，容易抽薹。有綠葉菜薹和紫葉菜薹兩種。廣州通常所見為綠葉菜薹。因一般以其嫩薹（菜心）作蔬菜，故名。
